The process is pretty standard. You take an aptitude test. The tests are very easy. They just want to ensure that you are not an idiot. Then they ask you behavioral questions and then technical questions. The entire process takes about 4 hours.
The hiring process starts with a call from the recruiter asking if you are still looking for a job and are still keen on the opening at FDM Group, then you undergo two to three rounds of interviews.

Interview experience was ok, not a difficult and offer a place. Pay is challenging, and they do not offer any substantial increases over time. Their consulting approach is recruit to train and thats were it ends, short term employment is fine, long-term is not great.
