1) applying online and start with a phone interview, around 15mins asking about some basic information about me, and what stream I want to be in, where did you hear about FDM? 2) given an online test (math problem and common code tracing problem, regular expression) and a link to do the video interview(some situation assuming problem) 3) interview day, onsite interview at their downtown office. start with presentation of the group, HR presentation: introduction about FDM. And then doing brain exercise game to solve problem, waiting for calling for interviews. there are 2 interview, one technical, one behaviour. after that, using ipad to do another 2 tests (reading exercise + logical number pattern). the whole interview day last for 4 hrs.
