The interview process is continuous so you won't have to wait around long for the next assessment day, which is useful if you want to get a job that starts immediately and not have to wait around for months before the final stage. Personally, the whole process felt a bit rushed and pushy to me. I applied in November and the same day I received a call from one of their recruiters telling me more about the application process. The recruiter would then call to remind you to do the assessments and schedule in a call after each stage, which felt a bit too pushy to me. I went to the virtual assessment day, which, when considering it was on zoom was run quite well, but I pulled out before I got my results. I had a job offer from another company that I accepted which is why I didn't complete the process with FDM, but I don't think I would take the job, even if I hadn't received the other offer. For me, having unpaid training for 3 months is pretty awful, especially when you consider FDM's target audience is students who won't really have any money saved up. There's also the fact you're not guaranteed a job after the training. The companies you can work for are impressive so I think it's ultimately down to whether the unpaid training and lack of a guaranteed job deters you enough from completing the process.

Submitted my CV, about a week later had a phone interview with a graduate recruiter. She was very friendly and helpful on the phone. Then came in for an assessment day 3 days later. 3 short interviews and 4 aptitude tests. For the tests you are marked out of 12 points for the whole thing. in each test +70%=3, +50%=2, +20%=1. You need 7 points to pass. The tests aren't very hard; standard numeracy and verbal tests and then 1 Venn diagram test and 1 IT aptitude test which included some basic logical reasoning.
