Consisted of a short phone call where you come to find out they're not an IT firm they're more like a recruiting agency. Offer a 8-week training course and by the 4th/5th week you interview with their "clients". Would have to most likely relocate somewhere on the Eastern seaboard of the US and stay employed with that client for 2 years.
