Following a first chat with the recruiter who had contacted me about the position, I had a video call with the hiring manager. The call was scheduled for half an hour at the end of the working day but in the end went on for an hour. It was a pleasant enough call although a fair bit of it was taken up by the hiring manager sharing anecdotes. They said they'd get back to me within a fortnight, never heard back from them.
