The entire process took 3 weeks. I had 3 interviews, all of which took place in the first week (M,W,F), no action in the second week and around mid of 3rd week, I got a decision. First was a 30-min screener with the HR - just a normal chat about myself, the role, expectations, etc. It was followed by a 30-min round with a Director which was mostly discussion on my resume and skills, how I can apply them or what I can learn from the internship. Final round was a 30-min interview with the Team Lead which began with a resume walk-through, followed by some technical questions on SQL, Qlik and some soft skills and situational questions.
