I was refereed by a friend of mine for this position. The process took 3 week. Basically they wanted us to know the basics of Linux and Windows, I've gone through 3 rounds: - Aptitude Test : There were 10 Linux and 5 Linux questions, Apti wasn't tough. - Technical Round : Asked me about the Linux basic and some configuration of servers. But manager asked to apply outside of the FICO because my profile was purely Linux technical. - Manager Round : This was easy round as compare to above , asked me about linux troubleshooting commands and basis again. I got the offer letter after a week of last interview, you might get multiple calls of HR between this process. Note: Now the interview process has been changed totally, They will ask you situational question and ask you the justification of your answers. Also would like to share one more thing that they won't hire any RHCE+ engineer, who has good technical knowledge because you won't get access to touch the linux server, all you will do is "Unlocked the account" and "Send notification" to client through Ticketing tool.
