Applied online and within the next day I get a automated rejection email. It seems like this company does not want to hire or speak to people that are interested in working for them. I would say some other things about them, but it is not allowed here.

First of all. I got my resume through a reference at the company and then they call me for my interview .they conduct a face to face interview and then they callme for second round after some briefing and contract detail ,I turned down
