Step three: MS Teams Interview with Dave Rasey the Plant Controller Becca Buckner HR Director of Operations; there was a third person who was not disclosed to me by the recruiter
Step Three: In person interview with Plant Controller, other department heads, and a .50 cent tour of the facility.
Step Four: Temporary job offer
Step Five: Background Check, Drug Screening, etc.
Step Six: Permanent job offer
Step Seven: Start date
I was not impressed with the Interview Process. HR Director was late arriving, only spoke with her for 15 minutes. Interview questions were negative in nature and did not bring out natural attributes of a candidate. There was no opportunity to ask questions of my own at the end of the interview. Interview only lasted thirty minutes, when it should was slotted to have been for an hour. The controller was describing the things that he doesn't like to do, which I thought was inappropriate. The HR Director of Operations arrived to our interview 20 minutes late, very unprofessional. Ultimately, they went with someone that had more experience. If that was their decision all along, then this interview was a waste of my time and Forvia Dollars.
