Unfortunately, I found the process quite disappointing. I was asked to provide a large number of documents and materials, but during the interview itself, there were very few constructive or meaningful questions about my skills, experience, or fit for the role. As a candidate, I had expected the interview to be a more professional and two-way discussion, where both sides could better understand each other. Instead, the process felt more administrative than evaluative, which left me with a negative impression of the overall experience.
