I think you might have ECA confused with a similarly named organization? I don't understand how you can describe ECA has "turning into a giant, monopolizing and collecting small healthcare facilities and turning them into chains of corporations" when ECA only has 4 communities - 3 of which it built from the ground up and one that's been around for over 100 years, and has sold 2 in the past two years!
