Well this is a program called K.I.S.S, which is a Peer Educating job, and you basically just meet with one of the people at the facility and then they will redirect you to the people that run the K.I.S.S program, you talk to them, and if they think you are fit for the job (which is considered something very important because you dealing with peoples real life struggles with their sexual health and orientation) then they will set you up for the class. Which is just the education process. you get paid for commission, so every person you educate, you get paid a certain amount for it, and in the end if you get a certain amount of people to talk to, you get a bonus.
