When I arrived, I saw that everyone was ready to go back. If you want to go back, don't set an interview time when you want to go back, totally red flag. The boss left during the interview because she wanted to go back, the interview presentation wasn't finished, it looks like the company culture is really rushed. At least appreciate the candidate's slideshow. When I see that, I also answer the interview, not in my best answer because I see all the red flags & not in mood to answer but in professional way i had to face & answer it until finish.
