I read all the reviews about FanDuel ghosting people after interviews and I was a bit concerned, but I gave them a shot anyway. I had a very brief conversation with the HR rep who said that the entire process would be wrapped up in about 2 weeks. I then had an hour video interview with the hiring manager and someone from engineering. I thought the interview went very well and the hiring manager said I would be hearing from them. When I had not heard anything after a few days, I reached out to the HR rep for feed back. He ignored my email. I reached out again a few days later and copied the hiring manager and he responded right away and said that I'd hear something the following week. I'm still waiting some 3-4 weeks later after my interview. I can't believe that this level of unprofessionalism is acceptable in their culture. If this is how they treat people interviewing for a role, how do they treat their employees? If FanDuel reaches out to you for an interview, don't waste your time. Run the other way.
