Easy. Meet with one of the managers at the work place. Managers are friendly and want to know how flexible you are and if you are physically fit to lift, load and unload heavy packages. They want to see if you are a hard worker and work well with others and in a fast paced environment.
You must have transportation.

Mostly based off work history. They seem felon friendly. I do not have a criminal history. Personality test not difficult. They responded within 4 weeks. Haven't been there physically or meant face to face.
Super easy process—mostly online application with basic questions about availability, ability to lift 50-70 lbs, and fast-paced work. No tough interview; quick hire after background check. Positive and straightforward. Definitely worth it.
