We went into a conference room and 2 Fedx employees alternating questions read off a sheet and wrote down answers.
There were more questions that really didn't pertain to the job in question.
I was totally shocked of each question and to boot the low pay rate you get.

They asked what goals have you failed and how did you rebound from it. Seriously a driving job.
