Phone screening (done by Hays consultant - she works excusively for FedEx in Krakow, Poland) + first interview (Hays consultant, at Hays office) + 1st interview with hiring manager, phone (~20 minutes) + 2nd (live/on site) interview with hiring manager and another manager (~1,5 h) + online psychological tests. Quite good pace. I reached wonderful 2nd place/silver medal ;) The only thing I miss is to get the results of online psychological tests.
