You interview with two people. Its a behavioral interview of about 10 questions. There is no review of your resume or discussion outside of the questions they ask you.

I was asked if I would work in any weather, be on time/have good attendance, and could lift up to 50 pounds on my own. Then I was asked 3 star format behavioral questions.
