Received request for initial interview shortly after applying online. Things went well with HR rep, lasted roughly an hour. Second interview with former manager of team. Described my current experience which was in line with the job description. Asked about SQL experience, which was not on the job description. Told her I had none, she said that was fine as she didn't have any either. Was looking for a different kind of Microsoft Access experience, was a "deal breaker." Received communication a few weeks later that I did not receive the position due to a lack of SQL experience.
