I went through the initial steps, but did not make the cut to continue. I had two phone calls with the recruiting agency. The first was a high-level conversation and overview, and the second was more in depth and aligned to the role. After that I was brought on-site for face-to-face interviews with the head of HR, the head of Innovation, the CFO, and the President. Overall it was a very pleasant experience.
