Interview consisted of two parts: -30 phone interview with department manager -1 hour video panel interview with 3 interviewers Everyone involved with the interviews were professional, polite, and very engaged. The panel interview felt conversational. In both interviews most questions followed a “Tell me about a time when…” format, while there were two cultural fit questions. It was very clear how each question related to the role. Was surprised at the lack of technical questions since the role required some technical skills. I reached out to the interview coordinator to say thank you and to get the interviewers contact information (to extend a thank you to them as well). The coordinator ignored my email so that was disappointing. I also never received communication about not getting the role. Overall, it seemed like it would’ve been a very good place to work. The interviewers spoke with a lot of passion and excitement about their work. However, I was turned off by being ghosted lol.
