Colloquio
1) Phone Screen with Regional Manager
2) Regional Manager Interview at Regional Office, highly conversational- transparent and comfortable.
3) Executive team interview at Chicago area Headquarters. Interviews were also conversational and transparent. All three executives were internal promotions with a combined 40 years of experience at Feldco and highly credible to the culture I researched.
