I originally submitted my photos online on the website and one of the bookers responded within a few days. I then scheduled a trip to NYC to meet with the owner of the agency. She went though my book and took a couple of Polaroids and asked basic question about my experience (It's mainly based off looks of course). She offered my a contracted on the spot and I moved to New York 1 month later. I worked with the company for 2 years; work had trailed off for me towards the end of my contract so I ended up switching agencies at that time.
