I applied for a full-time position with a furniture brand that was due to open inside Fenwick. I first did a 20min telephone interview with the brand's HR team, followed by an in person interview with the store manager and assistant manager at Fenwick 2 weeks after
As part of the interview, I was asked to deliver a 5 minute presentation on a furniture item from the brand's collection. After the presentation, I answered a series of standard retail interview questions.
The interview itself was a positive experience. However, I was disappointed and unprofessional afterwards as I didn't recieve any update like I was told I would of got. A simple rejection email would have shown respect for candidates' time and effort.

long process, group interview and testing of public speaking. Gave a promising aspect to getting the job in some ways. Process was a high standard. Really thought out processing of interviewing, felt hard to get through and be offered a position.
