After being vetted through a quick phone interview, I took an online personality test. Following that I was invited to tour their corporate headquarters and fabrication facility. At the conclusion of the tour I was invited into a conference room to discuss different aspects of my resume and previous career. The panel (included President, VP of operations, founder, various managers) interview although appearing intimidating was very friendly. After the interview, the panel invited me and my wife to lunch at the local country club. After lunch, I returned to meet with the HR director to negotiate a salary.
