I recently interviewed with the company and overall had a positive experience. The process started with a recruiter call, who was very professional and supportive. Due to the war situation, I had to reschedule the first interview twice, and the team was very understanding and accommodating. During the first technical interview, there were unexpected disruptions on my side, including having to step away to a shelter and some technical issues. Despite that, the hiring manager was patient, professional, and understanding, and the interview itself went well. The second stage involved a live Python task. While I implemented the requested solution, the feedback was that it was not considered scalable enough, and they chose to move forward with other candidates. Overall, communication and professionalism were strong. As a suggestion, it would be helpful to provide clearer expectations for technical tasks, especially if scalability and advanced design are key evaluation criteria.
