Got a call from a recruiter then 2 interviews with a Software Developer and one with the co-founder. After that, they gave me a design test which oddly was to redesign a part of their app. They gave me 3 days. I spent around 12 to 14 hours on that redesign while also writing a design diary to demonstrate my design process. Then the recruiter confirmed receiving all my files (Sketch files included ) and mentioned they will get back to me within the next 3 to 4 days. 1 month later, to this day, I still haven't heard anything from them despite sending 2 follow up messages by LinkedIn and email. They have completed ghosted me. I would have appreciated an answer especially since I invested a lot of my time into their process. I would recommend to be extremely cautious when dealing or interviewing with this company.
