After that an interview with one hiring manager. Was told there were additional interviews needed but was ghosted.

Applied online and had 5 interviews within 1 month timeline. Recruiter, US Manager, Indian Team Mate, India Head Ops, India Lead Ops. After all these rounds and investing 1 hour with each member, they rejected without any communication or feedback. Advice: Don't waste time of candidates and improve your hiring process.
