The interview process took 1 half day. 1st round was a written test for Java J2EE. After that there was a Technical interview round and if you clear that then there was a director round.
Post that HR discussion to understand the reason for change and CTC expectation.

first round is just a recruiter call, technically it was scheduled but they called me randomly then got a quick rejection from the hiring manager after a week and a half of waiting

It was a phone screen interview (1st round) that lasted 10-15 minutes. It mainly consisted of questions that asked about work experience, skills, type of roles you'd be interested in.

Initial recruiter call but I didn’t get the offer due to sponsorship issue. But I had connected with rest of the team and they suggest there have been only 2 more rounds. One technical which is basically asking from resume and a managerial round with hiring manager.
