You go through a phone interview and then a multi-round interview process. Process can take weeks since there are multiple individuals in the process. If you are a final candidate, they will check your references. If all goes well, they will give you an offer.
Interview process consisted of three rounds and a project. Except for the initial recruiter (in house) interview, all were panel interviews with folks who turned out to all be stakeholders or adjacent leaders. The hiring manager made himself available for further questions which was very helpful and appreciated.

First step was a screening by an HR recruiter by phone call. The recruiter brought my info to the hiring manager and I had a phone interview with the hiring manager about a week later.
