I applied through UnitedHealth Group's career website after discovering the job posting on Glassdoor. Two weeks later, I received feedback that I was selected for an interview. They offered me the flexibility to choose a date for the interview. The hiring process consisted of two rounds of interviews. I successfully passed the first round, and the second round was scheduled immediately after. The questions in both interviews were relatively straightforward, focusing primarily on day-to-day Scrum Master activities.

It was very interactive and the panel took turns to ask questions. They took time to give a brief about themselves and the role. Questions were more geared towards scrum master responsibilities and conflict handling.
