Applied online and forgot about it, then got a call from the recruiter asking if I could come in for an interview the next week. 30 Minute in-person interview with my to-be manager, was very easy. I would recommend this position to students look ing for a first corporate experience

Even though it was an internship position, I sat down with most of the employees from the department and had a one-on-one interview which in total lasted about 2 hours and a half.

First-round was behavioral/informational. Second round consisted of two behavioral interviews with hiring managers. Though the interview was for a Corporate Finance internship, the responsibilities of the role is confusing and thus makes the interviews a little confusing as well.

1) Phone interview with HR for behavioral
2) Face to face interview with additional behavioral questions
Followed by standard drug test.
Standard interview questions with few curveballs. Mostly interested on your personality and how your react to behavioral questions. Was given a few role play scenarios, customer was angry etc.
