The process was long. You'll get a call and they will set up a time for a phone interview. The phone interview begins with general information about Fidelity and the position, then 3-4 behavioral questions about your customer service experience. The phone interviewer, regardless of how well you answered the questions will set up a time for an onsite interview. The onsite interview begins with a presentation, then a short tour, then a 1:2 interview, and finally the Watson Glaser test. The interviewers were nice and helped out when you struggle with one of the behavioral questions. Based on the tour, the premise was very clean, the employees seemed happy, and it looked like a great place to work. You'll receive a phone call within one week with either an offer or a rejection.

Brief 13 minute phone call (interviewer showed up late). Interview was very rushed and unprofessional, interviewer cut me off multiple times and did not give me an opportunity to ask him any questions. Keep in mind I was recommended to him by a branch manager. Very disappointed by this first interview round! Besides the interviews extreme haste, the interview went well. Use STAR method and you'll be ok.
