It was detailed, kind, and clearly laid out process. The benefits and salary were clear and I was able to ask about my potential role in detail. I met my potential boss and co workers.

Very basic and no follow up. Not sure how interested they were rally interested in a very experienced advisor. Would have appreciated some feedback. None, which was very disappointing. Would have liked more detail on compensation package as well.
