I had talked with two recruiters and interviewed with the company creative director. It was a very comfortable and personable interview. I really got a good sense of the company and it's values.

I got contacted by recruiter and did a phone interview with them first. Then I had an interview with Creative Director, Art Director, and Marketing VP. They were all very nice and easy to talk with.
