At the request of the recruiter, I was interviewed by another department (Implementations). I heard some red flags. For example: I was asked if I stayed at a position very long because they have people who leave to other departments? I also learned they both were fairly new to their positions as well (manager/director). After this interview, my interviewees left and told me the recruiter would come in and talk to me. After about 10 minutes, I got up to find him and another person walked in. I thought I was using a room that she had reserved until she started asking me questions and I quickly realized that I was in another interview and would be late picking up my child. I had to clarify what department she was in and discovered that I was in an interview for the position I initially applied for and it went pretty well despite not being prepared. She was interested in me as a person and was very down to earth. *I learned months later that she was at her desk when she was tapped on the shoulder and told about my presence. She wasn't aware about the interview either!
