In the first interview, I had a conversation with HR discussing my experience and questions about company fit. In the second interview,It was the same with HR and someone from software engineering. In the third interview, they asked me to take a test the next month, which involved copying three databases using a tool chosen by them. The experience with HR was good the task was a big red flag for the company so I dropped the vacancy.
