There were three interviews - and quite thorough and difficult. There was a mock exercise challenge - both design and written. The 1st interview was great, and the two girls - one a designer, the other a researcher, was terrific. All went extremely well and positive. Was then told by the internal HR that all I needed was one more interview with management to 'see if you're a cultural fit'. It was not the case. The third interview was at 4:30 on a Friday (terrible time for an interview after a busy week!) and went for about 45 mins. Was put on the spot by the two guys interviewing me, and was forced into going through another gruelling interview. Utterly unethical and dishonest. Was told on the Monday. 'Sorry, but you're not a cultural fit'
