Very smooth process - had a call with a member of the talent acquisition team who then arranged a one stage interview, which was more of a chat about experience relevant to the role etc.

Throughout the interviewing process my main contact was Alex, she was informative and very responsive. I really appreciated how quickly Alex responded to my queries and the organisation for being so accommodating to my schedule in relation to my availability for interviews. I was offered a position with DPR but did not accept on this occasion, as I had accepted a different challenge. Again, Alex tried to ensure she had answered all possible questions so that I could make an informed choice. From my experience with this process i definitely got impression that this organisation was in on the path of positive change.
