The interview process was long and drawn out. There was three rounds of interviews and I had to take an editing test. I had one every week. During the interview process communication was fast as far as scheduling me to go on to the next round. After my last interview it was circuits...at the point I knew I didn't get the job but say that. I shouldn't have to reach out to you two weeks later to see what's going on. Once you select a candidate you need to tell everyone else thank you for their time especially since I spent 3 weeks and time editing their exercise. Otherwise, everyone that interviewed me was super nice but if you're not into politics I don't think that this is the company for you.
