I was interview through using a staffing agency. I was referred to the lead HR manager for the Bank. Once connected with the HR manager a interview was scheduled. I met with the interviewer at the Headquarters building in a conference room. I was told the number of applicants being interviewed for the position. Most importantly I was also told that a candidate was interviewing with the CEO personally based on a recommendation from a colleague.
