I want this position because it emphasizes sales and recruitment which are skills that I'm good at. Secondly, the position description has several tasks related to supporting others. This is something I really enjoy. I like working as a team, supporting all members toward achieving our common goals. Finally, Girl Scouting has a research proven girl-focused development program that I want to see continue and thrive. This position will give me the opportunity to bring my passion and experience in Scouting back around to the very organization that fostered these character traits and skills I've honed.
