Allow for phone and video conference interviews initially since I was out of town. Very accommodating to my schedule and easy to connect with.

Code test was not difficult, but nerve racking with people watching over your shoulder. They did allow to use any resource (online or installed help) in order to complete the task, but the time was very limited. It was task to see how you approached and solved problems, so they were not concerned with every little detail.
