Phone Interview, to panel interview to in person interview. Interview process went relatively smooth and they communicated on a consistent basis. The interview questions however were less technical and more about who else I was interested in working for which was suprising.

Three rounds of interviews. The first one was on zoom. Second one was on site with a tour of the property. Final was on zoom again. Final interview was definitely the most difficult. At the end of the final interview I was told the hiring managers were going to review candidates and that I would hear from them by the end of the week. I never heard from them again. Very strange. Thought after 3 rounds of interviews they would at least reach out to tell me no.
