Have to agree with similar reviews below unfortunately. After being passed on to HR by an external recruiter, I had an initial call in which no questions related to my direct experience were asked. Despite a background at a top private bank, experience managing a client book of over $100 million, and international experience, I was encouraged to consider other locations in order to avoid competition where I applied. I showed interest, flexibility, and humility since it's a more junior position - but was never asked about experience relevant to the role. Clearly they're not making much effort to get away from the pushy sales culture Fisher is known for.
