Colloquio
The company was just starting and building up their staff so HR does not have their standards to process and interview new applicants so they started by contacting me through phone and setup a basic personal interview over lunch with the HR manager. Interview results was passed to the higher management for their assessment and recommendation. They setup a group panel interview that includes the business owner, current senior managers and some department heads. After passing the group/panel interview, another interview was set with the President. We discussed the duties and responsibilities, what I can do with the company and negotiated the salary and benefits. Another day was scheduled for us to do the final processing like contract signing, discussed department improvement plans and setting my entry date which was set on March 2013.
