Applied online after campus event. After two months they sent me the online test (numerical). Then there was the phone interview with HR and after that they fly you to London for final round.

They set up a 2 hour case study session where the first hour you read two articles and then the second hour they ask you questions about the data in the article and how you would arrive to different conclusions

Friendly- asked to walk through a case. Thought I bombed it but ended up doing fine. Great place to work otherwise. All staff are friendly and it is an engaging environment focused on learning
