Nice and friendly people but rarely asked any questions about my actual ability yo perform tasks and instead asked more personal and social questions. It was a bit annoying by the end and took nearly 2 hours.

How have you gone out of your way to make a minority feel included?
It was very chill and simple. I came in one day and they just asked me a couple questions and I was in. It’s nothing to sweat about in case you’re worried.
