I applied online via their website and received a call from the office manager a couple of days later. They conducted a quick phone interview to see if I would be a good fit. After that, they called me back and wanted me to come in and interview with the two founders of the company. That interview lasted about an hour. Upon completion of that, I was offered a job on the spot.
