First was an initial phone interview to confirm that I was a viable candidate. Second, I went on an on-site interview with their Head of Business Development and Marketing. She was delightful and full of great energy. We hit it off... very easy for anyone to hit it off with her. Lastly, I went on an on-site interview with President of the company. Again, this was a relaxed and enjoyable interview. The president is a rock star.
